Louis Kruger

Louis holds a BA (Law) and LLB degree from the University of South Africa and is currently completing a Master of laws with specialisation in Divorce and Family Law. He started his career in Property Law in 2002. After completing his Degrees and Articles and admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer, he was promoted to Partner at Schindlers Attorneys, Melrose Arch. In 2018, Louis was admitted as a Notary Public and has Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. Louis is highly regarded in the real estate industry for his knowledge, training and seminar presentations. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Property Committee of the Johannesburg Attorney’s Association (JAA).
Christiaan Fullagar

Christiaan obtained his LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2010. He completed his articles at DVB Attorneys & Conveyancers in August 2013 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court with High Court Right of Appearance thereafter.
Christiaan joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc as an Associate in April 2018. He was admitted as a Conveyancer in October 2019 and as a Notary Public in May 2021. Christiaan’s dedication to his clients and prodigious work ethic has secured his promotion to Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2022.
Divan van Ryneveld

Divan obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2015. He commenced articles at Lindhout Attorneys in White River, Mpumalanga. In 2016, he ceded his articles to a Property and Conveyancing law firm, Annemarie Swanepoel Attorneys in Nelspruit. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2017. In July 2018, he joined Kruger Attorneys and Conveyancers Inc where he became an Associate in 2018 and a Senior Associate in 2020 following his admission as a Conveyancer. Divan aspires to be admitted as a Notary in 2022.
Sigal Josselowitz

Sigal completed her LLB degree in 2013 at the University of South Africa. Sigal completed her articles in Conveyancing and is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. Since joining the Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc team in July 2018, Sigal was promoted to Senior Associate in March 2022. Sigal has used her extensive experience in the transfer process, bond registrations and the bond cancellation process to provide her clients with exceptional service.
Kerry Wood

Kerry is a highly experienced Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public. She holds a BCom and LLB degree from the University of KZN, AIPSA- Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria and an Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue Practice from UNISA. She has vast experience and knowledge in property law and conveyancing and is well-known and greatly respected in the KZN and Gauteng provinces. In addition to her legal practice, Kerry currently marks LPC Conveyancing examination scripts and assists with the candidate’s oral examinations.
Rohann Derks-Stander

Rohann obtained his LLB degree in 2020 from the University of South Africa. He started serving his articles in 2016 at Van Eden Attorneys. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2021 after joining Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc as an Associate. He was admitted as a Conveyancer in 2022 and aspires to be admitted as a Notary Public and to commence with his studies towards his LLM degree in the near future.
Phiwo Moholi

Phiwo holds a BA(Law) and LLB degree from Rhodes University. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in November 2018. In February 2021, she joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc as an Associate in the newly established bond registrations business unit. Phiwo completed Practice Management Training in November 2021 and was admitted as a Notary Public in February 2022. She aspires to be admitted as a Conveyancer in 2022.
Nasreen Khan

Nasreen graduated in 2017 at UKZN Howard. She was admitted as an attorney in 2020 after completing her articles at Desai and Associates. She joined Kruger Attorneys and Conveyancers Inc shortly after her admission as a Conveyancer in 2021. Nasreen heads up our KZN Branch Office and intends to write the Notarial Practice exams in the near future.
Herman Fourie

Herman holds a BA (Law) and LLB degree from the North West University. He joined Kruger Inc in September 2020 as the first candidate attorney to commence with articles at the firm and was duly admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in July 2022. He has a passion for commercial and property law. Herman is currently completing a Masters degree in Commercial Law at the North West University and aspires to be admitted as a Notary and Conveyancer during 2023.
Monique Hlatshwayo

Monique holds a BA and an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. She joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc in March 2022 as a Professional Assistant and thereafter registered as a Candidate Legal Practitioner in August 2022. Monique is currently working towards being an Admitted Attorney upon the completion of her Articles in 2024.
