Louis Kruger

Louis holds a BA (Law) and LLB degree from the University of South Africa and is currently completing a Master of laws with specialisation in Divorce and Family Law. He started his career in Property Law in 2002. After completing his Degrees and Articles and admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer, he was promoted to Partner at Schindlers Attorneys, Melrose Arch. In 2018, Louis was admitted as a Notary Public and has Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. Louis is highly regarded in the real estate industry for his knowledge, training and seminar presentations. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Property Committee of the Johannesburg Attorney’s Association (JAA).
Ruan Coetzee
Senior Associate
LLB [NWU]
Ruan completed his LLB degree at the North West University in 2016 and started his career at Nel, Van der Merwe and Smalman Inc. in Pretoria in 2017. Ruan joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc in December 2020 to start a litigation department. Ruan is constantly looking for ways to innovate the litigation process to ensure that the system is transparent and effective. Ruan was promoted to a Senior Associate in December 2022, and remains the Head of Litigation.
Elrico Kleinkie

LLB, LLM (NWU)
Elrico holds an LLB degree from the North West University and is currently completing a Masters of Law specialising in Business Law at the University of KwaZulu Natal. He commenced his Practical Vocational Training at the Polokwane School for Practical Legal Education and Training in 2022. Elrico joined Kruger Attorneys and Conveyancers Inc in 2023 to continue his Practical Vocational Training and is currently working towards becoming an Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in the near future.
